Triumph has confirmed a new Street Triple 798 and put the motorcycle on display at EICMA, ahead of its full reveal on November 17. The capacity increase comes with an engine developed for the 2027 Moto2 championship. Triumph says the road bike will have a more performance-focused specification than previous versions.

What is confirmed so far

That is the extent of the confirmed mechanical detail for now. Power, torque, weight, chassis dimensions and the final model range are still to come. The display gives an early look at the styling, but it does not establish how the new road engine will be tuned relative to the race programme.
